Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I have a strange clone
I agree with all that has been shared. What is odd is somewhere along the line i picked up a Rabone Chesterman 1750 which looks like the same saw! It's been difficult to find blades for it locally as it's an odd size, just about 6 3/8" from outside of pins, i finally found some buck brother blades that fit at home depot. It was difficult to shop for as many coping saw blade packages don't mention length. But what a joy to use, especially with the fine tooth blades!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Quality, Very Effective
This is my first coping saw, so to be fair I must say that I have no prior experience with other brands and models. However, I am thoroughly satisfied with this coping saw purchase. We bought this saw for my son's Pinewood Derby car for Boy Scouts. It handled the job like a charm. The frame of the saw is very sturdy and feels solid. The handle is very comfortable, and is made of wood. I found it very easy to adjust the blade to different angles. With each adjustment, the blade held fast and did not ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Nice feel, good quality
This saw is what you would expect. I purchased a set of extra thin kerf blades at a local hardware store to cope a complex baseboard profile. These blades + a small rasp did the trick for an extra few bucks.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Made to Last
I am building a boat and the copping saw I had wore out shortly after I started due to numberous blade changes due to cast parts. This saw is very well designed with all steel parts. Saw blades are very secure and position easy to adjust. I'm sure this saw will last as long as I do.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - definitely a quality saw
Having had several junk coping saws before, this one is a dream come true. I was in the middle of a project when my last cheap coping saw broke. I vowed to buy a good one this time, and this one has far exceeded my expectations. Very smooth blade rotation and quality parts. Even if you think you won't use one very often, the difference in feel and workmanship make this one worth the extra price.
